- Templates. Editable Canva or PowerPoint templates so your team can make on-brand posts, flyers and documents themselves, with a short guide on using them well.
Built on your brand
Everything starts from your colours, typefaces and logo. If your brand guidelines are thin or missing, we set out a few simple rules first so every piece holds together. If there’s no usable logo at all, a brand identity is the better place to start.
How it runs
- Brief. You send the text, the sizes and the deadline. We confirm the printer’s specifications if it’s going to print.
- Design. A first design for the main piece, then the agreed rounds of changes.
- Adapt. Once the main piece is approved, it’s adapted to every other size and format.
- Deliver. Print-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks, plus web and social files, named so you can find them.
Brochures and longer documents
Brochures, catalogues and programme booklets are priced per page (see the add-ons on the Pricing page). Company profiles and reports have their own packages.

Questions about graphic design
Can you design for our existing brand?
Yes, that’s the usual case. Send your logo files and any brand guidelines and we’ll design to them. If the guidelines are thin, we’ll agree a few simple rules first so every piece looks consistent.
Do you handle printing?
We prepare print-ready files to your printer’s specifications and can manage the printer for you, with printing passed on at cost. Or you take the files to your own printer; we’ll check their requirements before sending.
Why not use Canva ourselves?
For quick posts, you should, and the Template kit sets your team up to do exactly that. Where a designer helps is the work that has to stand out or hold together: a campaign’s key visual, a large-format banner, a piece going to print, or the templates themselves.
