What you get
Most reports fail before the design starts: the most important finding is on page 14, every chart looks the same, and the PDF can’t be read by a screen reader or opened on a phone. We start with the structure and the story, then the design.
- Structure first. What does the reader need to know, in what order? Executive summaries that really summarise.
- Charts that explain. Each chart makes one point, says what it is in its title, and is readable in black and white.
- Accessible PDFs. Tagged headings, reading order, alt text and real text (not images of text), so the document works with screen readers and passes basic accessibility checks.
- Editable templates. Decks are delivered as PowerPoint or Keynote files your team can update.

- Brief and content. You send the draft text and data. We come back with a proposed structure and any gaps.
- Design. A sample spread or the first few slides to agree the look, then the full document.
- Proof and refine. Through the agreed rounds, with a final proofread for consistency.
- Deliver. Print-ready PDF with crop marks if needed, an accessible digital PDF, and editable source files.

Do you write the report too?
The packages include copy editing: making your text clearer, shorter and consistent. If you need the report written from interviews, data or notes, copywriting can be added per page.
What is an accessible PDF and do we need one?
An accessible PDF has proper headings, reading order and descriptions of images and charts, so people using screen readers can read it. Many donors and public bodies now expect it. Every Nyoni report includes an accessible digital version alongside the print file.
